Dan is an experienced Technology Director with a proven track record of success within the professional services sector. He has over 25 years’ experience in conceiving and delivering innovative IT solutions. He specialises in creating and developing an IT strategy for businesses, implementing systems to help the business gain the most benefit from their investment, leading and developing IT teams.

Dan has experience covering the overall responsibility for the provision of IT, including business systems, service desk, infrastructure, telecoms, security & risk management, vendor sourcing & management.

Dan has organised the integration of new businesses from an IT perspective seeing the user base grow from 240 to almost 800 in under 3 years. He also has experience in change management, contract negotiation and creating and managing relationships with vendors to maximise performance.
